Conflict management system for KIT

In an organizational context, conflict management is understood as the systematic, conscious and targeted handling of conflicts.

One speaks of a conflict management system (KMS) when the typical elements of conflict management include the methods,
the traditionally existing bodies and processes are systematically interlinked.

If, in addition, the KMS is coordinated with the organizational development and accompanies the change processes in the organization,
then one speaks of an integrated conflict management system.
