Case management

In complex conflict cases with many conflict parties and/or several conflict resolvers, coordination of the processes can be helpful for prompt, successful conflict resolution. In addition to the coordination of deadlines, this can also include the exchange of content between the conflict resolvers. An exchange of content between the conflict resolvers for the purpose of conflict resolution can only take place after release from the duty of confidentiality by all conflict parties.
